The Aeronautical Information Services (AIS) of Georgia, which forms structural part of Sakaeronavigatsia Ltd., is responsible for collection and distribution of the aeronautical information relating the whole territory of Georgia. AIS ensures the flow of information necessary for the safety, regularity and efficiency of international and national air navigation within the area of its responsibility. It consists of AIS Headquarter and Briefing office.
An integrated package of the aeronautical information provided by AIS of Georgia consists of the following elements:

-Aeronautical Information Publication (AIP);
-AIP Amendments (AIP AMDT);
-Supplements to AIP (AIP SUP);
-NOTAM and preflight information bulletins (PIB);
-Aeronautical Information Circulars (AIC);
-Checklists and summaries.

The service is provided in accordance with the provisions contained in ICAO Annex 15 - Aeronautical Information Services.
