AIRAC AIP AMDT is an AIP Amendment, issued in accordance with the AIRAC system and identified by the acronym AIRAC, incorporates operationally significant permanent changes into the AIP at the indicated AIRAC effective date.

AIRAC AIP AMDT (cover sheet + amended AIP pages) appears in the window at the publication date and remains online until the effective date. AIP pages will be changed automatically at the effective date of the Amendment.

Information provided under the AIRAC System is published in paper copy form and also via this web site at least 42 days in advance of the effective date with the objective of reaching recipients at least 28 days in advance.

Amendments to the AIP are made by means of replacement sheets.
Each AIRAC AIP AMDT are allocated separate serial numbers, which are consecutive and based on the calendar year.

A checklist of AIP pages containing page number/chart title and the publication or effective date (day, month by name and year) of the information is reissued with each amendment and is an integral part of the AIP.
